The Ventriglias Will Soon Have To Give Up Their Illegal Takeover Of Zpc

Since the announcement made by the Lusaka High Court regarding Zambezi Portland Cement, the Ventriglias are coming to terms that they might have to give up their illegal takeover of the factory.  For the past nine years, the factory is under the illegal control of the Ventriglias. At the same time Dr. Rajan Mahtani, who is the legal owner of the factory, has have fighting hard to gain control over the factory. It is high time for the court to wrap up the case and provide final judgment to the desperate party who is trying to revive the factory from ruins.

The judge handling this case announced that the case hearing has been closed. Both parties will now be providing their evidences in written form and oral form to the judge. Both parties have been given timeline till December to provide these submissions. Post evaluation of these submissions, the judge will announce final date of judgement. While Dr. Mahtani and his side are extremely happy with the announcement, the same cannot be said for the Ventriglias. Over the past few months, Dr. Mahtani and his team have submitted various evidences such as signed shareholders agreement, financial exhibits for the investments made in the factory and independent reports from audits. All these evidences successfully prove that Dr. Mahtani holds the majority shares in the factory and he is the joint venture partner in the factory.

The judgment is expected to be announced soon and we hope that this time, Zambezi Portland Cement will be given back to its rightful owner.
