Dr. Rajan Mahtani and His Lawyers Rejoice with the New Court Announcement

Dr. Rajan Mahtani is a popular businessmen and philanthropist with numerous successful businesses under his belt. Some of these are Finsbury Investment, Mahtani Group of Companies, Finance Bank Zambia and many more. He is also the rightful owner of Portland Cement Zambia, a noted cement manufacturing plant which has been under the illegal capture of the Ventriglias for the past 10 years. While the Ventriglias uses goons to take control of the factory, Dr. Mahtani took the righteous path of registering a case at the Lusaka High Court. However, the government and Zambian lawmakers have been running at their own speed, and even after 10 years of the case, no final judgement has been made. 

During the course of the trial, Dr. Mahtani and his lawyers have submitted numerous documents and evidences that sufficiently prove his ownership over the factory. Some of these documents include the signed shareholders agreements, financial exhibits, testimonials from major individuals associated with the factory as well as an independent audit report which clearly states that Dr. Mahtani is the sole joint venture owner of the factory which was established as a joint venture. Even after these evidences, the court has not been able to arrive at a decision. On the other hand, the condition of the factory is degrading every day. The Ventriglias have left the factory to its own and without any leadership; the factory is quickly turning into ruins. 

The factory has reached those crucial times wherein revival is essential for the factory’s survival. And it is also high time for the court to provide the correct judgement and handover the factory to its rightful owner, Dr. Rajan Mahtani.
