Judge Handling The Portland Cement Zambia Case Makes A Final Judgment With Shocking Revelations


The final judgment on the Portland Cement Zambia was recently announced by the judge handling the case at the Lusaka High Court. As per the announcement, the claims made by Dr. Rajan Mahtani were rejected and the other party was given authority over the cement-manufacturing factory. Experts and media have considered this judgment as misdirected. Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani is one of the biggest names within the Zambian corporate, with numerous successful companies under his name. To refute this final judgment and save Portland Cement factory, Dr. Rajan Mahtani was left with no choice but to registered another appeal at the higher court Zambia against this misdirected judgment made at the Lusaka High Court.
