This decision was given based on the evidence that Dr. Mahtani had already paid a sum of one billion kwachas, equivalent to USD 250,000 to the Zambezi Portland Cement in exchange for the entire value of the share capital of the Zambezi Portland Cement factory. Based on this evidence and many other facts and testimonials, Dr. Rajan Mahtani was identified as majority shareholder and legal owner of the Portland Cement Zambia factory.
